Advanced fellowship in Urology

Dear Sir / Madam,I am Dr. Shaikh working as a Specialist Urology at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka ( JCI accredited Hospital). After my post-graduation in Urology ( MS), I have been working as a specialist and can perform all common urological procedures individually. I have completed a fellowship from Singapore for six months on Endo & laparoscopic Urology in 2004. I am very much interested in joining a fellowship for about 2 years on Endourology/Laparoscopy/Uro-oncology from any centers of USA. If I can complete USMLE steps, what is the scope for a fellowship as a foreign graduate? Could anyone tell me please the system for application of such fellowship and what centers usually provide those?Regards,Dr. Shaikh
