Does anyone know more about this program...Know it is term of resident-attending relationship and is there a good case load?

excellent case load with 2;1

excellent case load with 2;1 faculty to trainnee ratio, only 1 resident a year, busy endourology, busy male reconstructive and busy lap oncology/robotics, average female, weak in pediatrics.

attending-resident relationship is good, all of the faculty seem nice and very approachable, residents seem to be very happy.  only 5 year program in Chicago, all others are 6.
