Stem-Cell, Shockwave, and Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy for the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction and Peyronie’s Disease: A Survey of Clinics Across the US
There has been a substantial increase in the attention given to men’s sexual health in the last decade because of the increased prevalence of patients reporting symptoms.1 Erectile dysfunction (ED) is becoming more common, partly due to modifiable risk factors, with a prevalence of over 50% in men between 40 to 70 years of age.2 Peyronie’s disease (PyD), a fibrotic abnormality that results in penile plaque formation that causes penile deformity and sexual dysfunction, is thought to be significantly underdiagnosed and misdiagnosed.

Patient-Identified Treatment Attributes among Older Men with Stress Urinary Incontinence: A Qualitative Look at What Matters to Patients Making Treatment Decisions
To investigate which treatment attributes matter to patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI), why and how they matter, and the context in which patients consider treatment attributes. Nearly a quarter of older men have decisional regret following SUI treatment. Knowledge of what matters to patients when making SUI treatment decisions is necessary to improve goal-concordant care.

Ileal Ureter Utilization in Patients with Previous Urinary Diversions
To evaluate a subset of patients who develop strictures requiring Ileal Ureter (IU) in the setting of prior urinary diversion or augmentation (ileal conduits, neobladders, continent urinary diversions). To our knowledge, there are no prior studies on patients with IU substitution into established lower urinary tract reconstructions.

An Unusual Cause of Abdominal Bruit
A 67-year-old male with a history of stage 5 chronic kidney disease and pre-emptive living unrelated kidney transplant eight years prior presented to the clinic with a loud abdominal bruit, 2+ bilateral lower extremity edema, and hypertension. Laboratory evaluation revealed a serum creatinine at baseline levels of 2.5 mg/dL and microscopic hematuria on urinalysis. His post-transplant history was notable for BK virus nephropathy and persistent proteinuria, prompting four transplant biopsies, which ultimately demonstrated recurrent immunotactoid glomerulonephritis.

Improving Staff Workflow in Urology Procedure Clinic Using the Model for Improvement
To maximize procedure volume and minimize workflow inefficiency in our urological procedure clinic, we hypothesized that for staff (nurses/medical assistants) and patient teams, team workflow duration (the time required to complete team duties for a single appointment) could be reduced by 50% with a targeted workflow intervention developed using the Model for Improvement and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles. Workflow inefficiency leads to wasted time and workplace dissatisfaction, resulting in lost revenue due to low procedure volume and high staff turnover.

Robot-assisted Laparoscopic Urethral Diverticulectomy in the Pediatric Patient
Urethral diverticula are rare in children, especially in the absence of trauma. We present a case of a 9-year-old girl with pain with micturition, incontinence, and recurrent urinary tract infections. Diagnosis of urethral diverticulum was made by MRI. A robot-assisted transabdominal laparoscopic diverticulectomy was performed without complication. The patient experienced a significant improvement in symptoms.

Criteria for preserving grossly ischemic torsed testicles using indocyanine green fluorescence imaging: A single center case series
Testicular torsion (TT) is a surgical emergency requiring early diagnosis and surgical intervention to avoid testicular loss. We report three pediatric TT cases with testicular salvage to visualize the blood flow by indocyanine green fluorescence imaging (ICG-FI) on the tunica albuginea of the testis. ICG-FI could not confirm blood flow in the testicular parenchyma; however, it could be detected in postoperative ultrasonography. Blood visualization of the tunica albuginea by ICG-FI may have potential criteria for testicular salvage.
