Mayo Minnesota Interview packet (need information, did not receive it)

Hi!I was wondering if anyone interviewing at Mayo (MN) received an interview packet in the mail.  I did not receive any information, and would appreciate knowing where dinner is the night before and who the interviewers are, especially November 4th.  Thanks for your help!
