ERAS questions

I have ERAS questions, and I know there are lots here. I figured I would just ask all the questions that I have, some are probably easy, but I'll feel better if I just ask :). I really appreciate everyone's input. 1.)Do most of you say yes to the "plan on NRMP match"? (minor question, but I don't want a program thinking I have a backup plan should I not match). Even though some programs have you sign up for NRMP for the prelim surgery year.2.)Is "advanced" when selecting programs, referring to those programs that will only allow those who have completed a prelim year in surgery?3.)If I have COMLEX scores, should I release those to the ACGME programs or just my USMLE score? Both are competitive 4.) I have a ton of LORs after asking every preceptor this past year, and several from urology faculty I worked with over the past year, but I don't have a PD letter. For those programs that ask for 2-3 letters, should I just send 1-2 letters and wait for a PD letter from a sub-I this fall or complete my application with all three strong letters that I have?5.) Should I put the “expected” date of my step 2 exam, or just leave it blank? I’m taking it in August, but I don’t really want to be interviewing and have them know beforehand that I took the exam and if it doesn’t come out as expected I chose not to update my application. Out of sight out of mind kind of? Feel free to ask other questions for those who have them. Thanks again for the input.

Heres what I would do, Im

Heres what I would do, Im sure others will weight in:1) put yes to plan on NRMP match, depending on where you match with urology, you may or may not have to register with NRMP so I would just plan on it.2) I think the "advanced" option is misused or misinterpreted by programs when they enter their info into NRMP. If I remember correctly, I didnt even pay attention to how programs designated themselves in regard to this.3) Im not sure about this, but I would bet that ACGME are only going to look at or want your USMLE scores4) Send whatever letters you want at this point. Decide which letters you'll designate to send to whom once sept comes. I would only send urology letters.5) I would just leave your step2 date off as long as your step1 is good.

More ERAS q's

Should we list all colleges attended, even if we took some community college courses during a summer or two, or just our main college?Do we need to send in college transcripts or just med school? Also, what do people think about including non-medical college research?  Specifically chemistry research presented at a national meeting?  -I think its filler and will probably not include it, but I also feel that it wouldn't hurt to list.
