When do invites generally start rolling in?

Saw a lot of programs started downloading apps today.  Mine probablly won't be complete for another week or two due to a really slow student affairs office at my school.  Just wondering when most programs start offering interviews?  Will any do it with only a partially complete app?

mid to late september. The earliest interviews usually occur during the 1st to 2nd week of October. Then they go all the way until right before Christmas. Some programs grant interviews in waves. So don't freak out if everyone is posting about their great interviews at Hopkins, CCF, Mayo, Vandy, etc and you still have yet to get one.

If you Google for this

If you Google for this answer, there are some SDN forums where programs granted interviews as early as Sept 5 in the past. For the most part, it seems mid to late Sept is the mainstream time for invitations. I have been told by a current resident that he received an invitation the day he submitted his applications. Go figure. People will start posting on here, so we'll know.

downloaded?

that's funny- the majority of the 71 programs I applied to haven't started downloading. Then again, they may choose to only download when everything is "complete" i.e. All LOR's have been recieved... none of my letters are in yet. anyone have a clue?

Just look at the forum

If you look back at the forum (i.e. last year) you can see the time stamp for when each program gave out interviews because for the most part people post their offers the day they receive them. Also you can see the Master Calander (great way to plan ahead on which dates to schdule your interviews!) from last year to see which programs offer interviews later in the season and therfore likely send out invites later compared to ones who do it all early.
