Top 5?

1. Cleveland Clinic(other top 5 no particular order are UMich, UW Seattle, OHSU and UVA)My three criteria were 1. quality of program 2. comfort with faculty/residents 3. cost of living/ease of living (preferring low cost, less traffic, less mayhem, obviously).

I have a lot of respect for this list bc i can appreciate how family/geography/sex prospects play into this process-- but I am wondering if it is real....

 Beth Israel over Cornell?  You've got to be joking.  Didn't BI even have unmatched spots last year after the match?

what's wrong with suny downstate?

I don't know anything about BI's program but I know a few people who really hated cornell, don't think it's crazy that it's this person's #4.
