I wonder if you just could withdraw your application through ERAS.However, if anyone if withdrawing I would ask you to please do it soon enough to give a shot to those others who are waiting.

Thank you for your interest in me for a residency position at your program. Unfortunately, this season, I received a large number of interview offers from many highly qualified programs. At this time I am going to have to cancel my interview. I wish you the best of luck in your search for residents for your program.
