When do interviews offers slow down and then stop?

So, when do interview offers slow down and then stop? Ballpark it for me.Based on reviewing last years forums it seems to be that most offers are out by mid-late October. There seem to be occassional second waves around that time. But by November things have dried up completely, correct?Thanks!
