Step 2CK release question

So I got my Step 2 CK score back and did okay.  240's, exact same score as my step 1 (I was hoping to crush it but in the end I'm just glad I didn't go down).  I'm wondering if I should release the score to programs now or not for two reasons: 1) I know a 240's step 2 isn't as good as a 240's step 1, I don't know how much programs think about this.  2) I don't know if they look at the individual subject score, but somewhat hilariously my urology score was by far my lowest section score!!  I'm just as confused as you guys, I can only remember a single urology question and it was a head-scratcher, so maybe I got it wrong and that sunk me, I don't know.  What do you guys think?
