Since last year's spreadsheet seems to be uneditable, I copied it over into another spreadsheet and set up a place for us to put this year's match results:

Please reply to this thread if there are any issues.
Thanks for putting this together! Hopefully we will all be able to add our information next Wednesday.
6 days! It's getting closer!
I thought rank lists were due Feb 24?
@shanakus lol oh you
Also, who wants to share some deets regarding this upcoming Wednesday? Specifically:
- what time do emails go out
- how soon thereafter should we expect a call (if we matched)
- what does the subject line of the email say?
- does everyone (regardless of matched or not matched) get an email at the same time?
Official poster from the AUA
What time do emails go out - 9AM EST
How soon thereafter should we expect a call (if we are matched) - You shouldn't, not all programs do this
What does the subject line of the email say - No idea, not sure why this would matter. Probably AUA match results or something similar.
Does everyone (regardles of matched or not matched) get an email at the same time? - From the flier it looks like the order is as follows: 1) Email results and link to match results to programs, 2) Email results and statistics to medical schools, 3) Email results to applicants. My bet is that the software starts sending the emails at 9am EST, but it probably takes 10-15 minutes to send all the emails on the list, and applicants are at the bottom.
edit: Today is the day when they finish the crosschecks. So technically, many of us are matched already and just don't know it! Isn't that exciting?
You misunderstand the level of my anxiety haha.
Regarding the email, I meant specifically (once we refresh for the millionth time and the email shows up) whether the subject line says something like CONGRATULATIONS or TOUGH LUCK YA SCRUB, or if we have to click on the actual email to find out our fate.
Also...no, no it is not exciting. Not quite terrifying, but not too far off, either.
A resident showed me the email that was sent last year. Seemed very uneventful. Nothing in the subject line indicated your result. You just open it and it says you matched and where.
One of the interns who matched last year showed me their email. The subject is generic. Something like "AUA match result" and the body is Dear applicant, You matched here. thank you for participating. There wasn't even a "congratulations welcome to peen world!"
u da real MVP
