Billing and Coding

I just took a billing and coding course by a former Iowa Resident who now practices in Colorado and it was very helpful.  Reasonably cheap too.  It's at FiveRosesUrology.com under the For Professional page. Has anyone else found other useful billing courses?  I don't think I received good training on billing in residency...
