got offer by phone today - November 20 and December 11.
dinners the night before. I think there was at least 1 other date - didn't write it down, sorry. (fyi, I did a sub-I)

They began calling today. The dates are

Friday, November 6
Friday, November 20
Friday, December 11

The night before the interview there is conference 4:30-6:30pm, followed by dinner.
The interview day will start at 7:30am.
